🚩 Reporting a Property Issue
Open the Tasks screen and tap Today’s Jobs.
Select the address where you're having trouble.
Tap Other to report an issue.
🏡 Choose the Right Property Issue
From the Choose Issue screen, select one of the following reasons:
🐕 Pet in yard
🔒 Gate locked
🚗 Car in the way
🧱 Property obstruction or access issue
💩 Pet waste
Mow around the waste as best as you can.
🗑️ Debris in the yard
❗ Other (not for weather-related issues like rain or snow)
📋 Next Steps if You Select Pet, Locked Gate, or Car in the Way
You’ll see a Policy Review screen. Follow these actions:
Knock on the door to ask if the customer can help.
If they can’t, complete as much of the yard as possible.
Submit your report so we know what you were able to finish.
✅ Payout Policy:
Completed part of the job? You’ll receive a full payout.
Completed none? Eligible tiers get a trip fee reimbursement.
