Has anyone been permanently banned before their first customer? Were you able to get the ban lifted? How long did it take? I'm trying to figure out if I need to go a different route. Before I was able to accept my first job I received an email stating I was permanently suspended from the platform with some very defamatory language. The email didn't state what I had done to warrant suspension. Nothing. So I called support and they stated they would send my case to the activation team to get my account reactivated. I called again today and was told there is no update. Has anyone else experienced this?
