Can someone please help me understand how I start the year with a 55% completion when I have completed every job so far this year? Then after the recent tier update I went down 2%? I mean really if this keeps up Ill be going backwards. I would think the metrics would start over with the new season while leaving our tiers alone. I closed last year as a Gold Pro and starting this year as a Gold Pro but the metrics that get us there should reset in my opinion. Im not looking for the canned answer from moderators I would like real answers and not from support either since most of everyone I talked to don't speak good clear english. My last interaction with support the rep was working from with kids screaming in the background. Thanks for any insight.
